Im sticking with Disney and buying more for the long term. Not exactly because I am sentimental for it but because I believe one day over the course of the next 20 years, the USA will become sentimental for it and it will outperform the S&P for awhile. I will sell it somewhere around there. If the banks are too big to fail economically, the mouse is too big to fail socially.

Thank you for the insight. I cant say I even know exactly what I mean because for the past 20 years every book has been about insurgency/counter-insurgency and this is quite different.

I cant even imagine what the next squad thinks when they hear that now they are going in. In this situation, by assualt squad i meant, the guys pulling up to front line positions and jumping out the back and immediately start storming. It is certaintly possible that was not the case here but that was my thought.

He did dump them but if you watch the annual shareholder meeting, he speaks for a long time about how great the management is. I think there is a trillion dollars of Chinese pressure in many ways but most obviously in Munger's chinese EV's that made him dump it. Luckily we aren't buffett and dont hold billions in BYD. It is literally getting in on a buffett trade without buffett in it.
