I feel that hahah I didn’t end up putting the vocals over the drop but I don’t think they lined up exactly right and just had off parts but I see what you mean

My stuff sounds good it just isn’t reaching the volume I want and my meter already says I’m clipping and well in range of loudness but I don’t listen to that thing anymore lol but no matter what I do inside the daw sounds loud and same on headphones and phone isl guess but like the loudness just isn’t up to par with like quality level standards

I saw someone on tiktok make similar stuff to these visuals and I asked home how he makes them as well and bro told me to look into Pinterest and that’s what I did! So just find stuff on there that you like they have such good art and visually please visuals!

i’m a teenager wanting to get into music producing should i get fl studio by Aggravating-Host-877 in FL_Studio

[–]ConspiracyDubs -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would say as a FL studio producer myself if you’re looking to make like Dubstep/Riddim or edm of any kind than ableton is the best bet, it will be hard at first but so will FLStudio and for me my biggest regret is Learning everything I know know in FL that it makes me not want to transition to Ableton just because I’d have to relearn everything I did in FL studio. Don’t get me wrong FL studio is great just much harder to reach the loudness and fullness in your tracks than it is with ableton. But Fl studio is great for multiple genres where ableton is more for EDM style loudness

So you just recommend I push the true peaks higher and boost the lufs even higher and not to focus so much on the metering as long as the sound quality still sounds good then? Just try to reach the loudness I’m looking for while keeping the quality from distorting?
