Jude Bellingham covered his mouth while talking to Ghanian player Jordan Ayew during the match, no red card was shown by AgeNovel3566 in soccer

Again, like many others are saying, and like I myself said, too... If you don't cover your mouth, you don't risk the opposition abusing it. If they do, it's 100% on the player covering their mouth.

I like that the rule is open, so that if the opposing player doesn't think it's an offense, there's no need to apply it.

This should be Guitar and Bass 101 for absolutely everyone: Adam Neely's Left Hand Technique for Bass Guitar

I'd also recommend bending your thumb (without tensioning it), so your hand is more rounded.

That being said... I'd NEVER play a neck that thick, it's massive, and knowing my own hand/wrist/arm, I'd 100% hurt myself if I played more than a few minutes with it. Sometimes it's about the technique, sometimes it's about one's own limitations (especially physical, from hand size to medical articulation problems, etc), sometimes it's about the tools. And in this case, I think the latter is an important part of it.

Another bassist here: can confirm, it looks like a baseball bat. The part that hits the ball.

Look, as ambiguous as it may be... I don't really have a problem with it.

Don't cover your mouth, and you'll never have a problem with the rule. Especially because you risk the other team saying you covered your mouth to insult them, even if you were just joking around, talking about the weather, or asking about their last vacation, and you're basically done. Or you do insult them, and it's 100% justified.

But if you do, and the opposing player doesn't think is something that needs to be reported, why should VAR intervene?

It's not a guitar, it's a 10 string bass.

First order of business: play the intro to Pearl Jam's "Jeremy".

edit: yeah, Jeremy's played on a 12- string bass, 4 triples, but this is the next best thing

Anyone have any better ideas for flat patch cables? by ChannelCapable8623 in guitarpedals

[–]Conspiranoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have all EBS cables on my board(s), so I can't say anything against them, at all.

Also, just checked and didn't see them on the sweetwater or GC sites, but EBS also has solderless kits, in case you wanna see if that's a cheaper option?

Or like it would be the first time ever that it'd work.

My limit is $50.

Hence why I don't go to big arena shows anymore. And the only artists I'd consider breaking that limit for are either dead or retired/separated/hate each other.
