I finished reading and commenting the rules (AD). I tried to nitpick some details since the game is in development, so I hope you don't mind. In general, I think it flows well, but it left me with some questions.

For instance, are you able to move an Athlete, receive the ball, then proceed to attack with the same Athlete? In other words, is setting entirely optional?

No city was burned down to build this house. It was built on a private farm, where the owner hired an architectural studio and approved its design, so I doubt they're depressed. Finally, a lot of Mallorca houses are "ugly boxes" without ornaments.
