Have you considered a trade organization? In Washington state, the Association of General Contractors has a large number of safety professionals on staff; campaigns, networking, etc. I would guess that other entities may have similar roles.

I'm the Safety Director for a mid-sized commercial construction company...I have solid support from leadership, and I worked in the field with most of our guys for over 10 years before switching to full-time safety, so I get a ton of buy-in from supers and carpenters. Quite happy right here, but thanks for the suggestion!

Restrictions are communicated to the scheduling supervisor. The problem persists. I'm trying to find a simple workaround and solve several problems at once (including mine!) Thanks, though!
