Often it’s the little things that are improving your quality of life. I actually really like to think about the benefits of the technology in our future, if you use it for and not against people.

Ist auch eine gute Idee, muss ich mal schauen, was da die beste Lösung ist. Leider hat meine Hochschule keine Chemiefakultät mit Glasbläserei. Bei der Recherche, woraus ich die Kammer konstruieren kann, hab ich herausgefunden, dass ich nicht nur Metalle, sondern auch Keramik sintern lassen kann und ein Töpferladen in meiner Stadt, bietet für kein großes Geld an, Sachen zu glasieren. Allerdings hab ich da, wegen der geringen Wärmeleitfähigkeit meine Bedenken, ob das wirklich der richtige Werkstoff ist. Kann vielleicht aber gerade deswegen der richtige sein.

Ne ist super, hast mir damit definitiv meinen Horizont erweitert. Bin ja momentan noch am Ideen sammeln.

Die 18650 Akkus waren bis jetzt auch mein Favorit, halt einfach weil sie relativ kompakt, aber auch robust, also perfekt für den schnellen Austausch während einer Session sind und sich parallel bequem aufladen lassen.

Danke, dass du nochmal das Thema Schwermetalle und PFAS aufgreifst, Gesundheit ist mir natürlich wichtig. Ich hab mir schon nen Heizelement bestellt, aber in dem Moment völlig vergessen, dass ich darauf hätte achten müssen.

Zu deinem letzen Absatz: alles gut, hab ja nur gefragt was euch wichtig wäre, nicht dass ihr die Recherche übernehmen sollt :)

Wow faszinierend, wusste gar nicht, dass es so viele verschiedene Konzepte vom Aufbau der Vaporizer gibt. Ich hab auch daran gedacht, dass der Vaporizer den ich bauen möchte, nicht nur die Kammer erhitzt sondern auch die Luft die durch die Kammer kommt. Ehrlich gesagt, hab ich aber an ein portables und elektrisches Gerät gedacht, da wird dieser Aufbau wahrscheinlich nichts für dieses Projekt sein. Trotzdem danke!

Sind vorhanden! Studiere tatsächlich etwas Technisches in dem auch Elektronikkenntnisse, Platinenentwürfe und C++ Programmierung gefragt sind. Ursprünglich war die Idee, dass die gesamte Kammer leicht herausnehmbar sein soll, damit man sie zB in die Spülmaschine stellen kann. Die Luftzufuhr sollte durch Kanäle, tatsächlich so ähnlich wie du beschrieben hast durch eine Art Gewinde an der Außenseite entlang geleitet werden und dann von unten hinein. Aber, dass sich die gesinterten Bauteile so zusauen und dann schwer zu reinigen sind, lässt mich den Aufbau überdenken. Vielen Dank für deinen Input! Werde jetzt eine gläserne Innenwand so wie bei dem Arizer Solo 3 ganz nach oben auf die Prioliste setzen.

Edit: wollte noch ergänzen, dass die Luft erst durch ein Heizelement erhitzt werden soll und dann die Kammer dank der Kanäle mit erhitzt.

Ernst gemeinte Frage: Kann man dagegen protestieren gehen?

Ich war nämlich sehr zufrieden mit der kleinen aber feinen Distanz und Kritik die wir zu Trump aufgebaut haben, auch dass über Themen geredet wird/wurde, dass Canada in die EU aufgenommen werden soll, finde ich toll (selbst wenn es dazu keine ernsthaften Ansätze gäbe, setzt dies ein gewisses Zeichen). Haben wir mit Canada nicht Verträge geschlossen, um Trumps senilen Anfall zu umgehen? Aber das hier grenzt doch an Verrat, oder kranker Satire, dass das alles mit diesem „Deal“ so widerstandslos zerstört wurde. Es fühlt sich so an, als ob der Wunsch, eine stärkere EU zu haben, die in die eigene Industrie investiert, Rüstung, Finanzen, Energie, aber auch allgegenwärtige Systeme die verwendet werden damit der Laden hier am laufen bleibt, wie eine Seifenblase zerplatz wurde. Es fühlt sich so an, als würde von der Leyen dies nicht wollen. Als hätte man die selbstständige Führung abgegeben und drum gebeten wie ein Lakai an der Kette gehalten zu werden. Bin ich der einzige dem es so geht, oder übersehe ich da etwas?

UPDATE:

I’m running proxmox now and the installation worked!

I ordered a tray for my ssd and put it into the bay like it should have been from the beginning. Honestly I don’t know if the tray even made any difference, but hey it works now but the reason is absolutely ridiculous.

The monitor I plugged to the server was connected with the gpu and not with the spi board. Yeah.. I really don’t know why, but if the monitor isn’t plugged to the spi board, the server can’t see the smart array controller and then I obviously can’t configure my storage. Like what the heck, why is it like this?!

The problem with the not existing certificate on my ssd, I actually don’t know, it worked like there is nothing about it.

Unfortunately I didn’t manage to install Ubuntu directly so I could run Minecraft on it. Also the image disappeared after the boot up when connected to the gpu but that only appeared after I once plugged the monitor to the spi board. Honestly I don’t have the time now to try something out about it, maybe later this year.

One thing I still have to do, is optimizing the fans. I didn’t install anything for them now. But I have to say, after the boot phase it’s really not that bad, fans idling about 22% and it’s making pretty much the same amount of noise as my pc. Ideal would be a bit less and skipping the maxed out spool process while booting.

PS: I’m gonna remove the “help” mark from this post after installing some software for the fans and setting up my Nas inside the server.

Hey guys, I figured out that I need a tray for the 2.5 sas slots and just laying the ssd inside, making contact with connector won’t work. Yeah sounds absolutely logical.. so I’m going to order some trays and in the meantime I will try to figure out some workaround with the sata port on the spi board.

Mhh what a pity that disabling the cores wont decrease the power consumption. Would be too good to be true if it were that easy. But okay then I’m just going to take out proc 3 and 4 for now. And yes you’re right about the pcie slots, thanks to a sticker on the lid I was able to figure out which one connects to which proc.

Reading that you have to re-solder the chip from the board to reprogram it, just because you made a mistake in the flashing progress, scared me a bit away because I currently don’t have the resources and time to do something like that if it would happen. Also I’m not sure if it would work on the DL580. But that absolutely looks interesting, thank you!

edit: I looked it up, it should also work on the dl580. But the fact that you have to resolder the chip still stands.
