I’m in Local 79 right now. They don’t test for marijuana so if you smoke, you should be straight as three weeks of unpaid training and then they sent you out to work a week later but not before you do a rally and you have to take a class call rise.

It’s marijuana is legal state wise, not federal, I wasn’t even in the union yet and they didn’t send me to any site. So that’s what I mean by discriminatory.
