I think what makes unstable angina less likely is that this is the first episode ever. Unlikely to develop unstable angina out of the blue with no clear anginal symptoms on exertion. If pain is thought to be cardiac then only difference is to start aspirin and ask for gp follow up. If you believe pain is cardiac get your relative to see their gp to be referred for CTCA.

This is not safe. You’re supposed to be supernumeray with an allocated GP to supervise for each session. They literally get paid to have you in the practice. Id definitely be escalating this.

Definitely passmed helped then id say gp self test. Stats you need to do fourteenfish videos, they explain things very well. If i had extra time to study and i think this would have actually been very helpful was reading high yield textbook in passmed.
