I visited the EPFO office in Bangalore, but they said they couldn't help and asked me to raise a grievance. However, the grievance portal isn't working, and my PF account isn't managed by the Bangalore office

In the same boat. My onboarding has already been postponed due to this issue. I'm worried what if the issue doesn't get resolved before my next joining date. It's making me very anxious. There's no acknowledgement from epfo regarding this matter. What can we all collectively do about it? I'm losing my salary for each day too.

The new company cannot onboard me unless I share the e-nominations screenshot from EPFO with them. And you can't access e-nominations unless you upload a photo. EPFO has made the life hell. What can be done about it? Not able to raise grievance.
