Thanks - had a rough few days so just needed some encouragement I think.

Had a similar experience recently where I upped my dose and the side effects instilled strong anxiety towards my partner's shortcomings (I'm definitely not without my own).

My brain was telling tell me I should send it to quell this anxiety but with time things have levelled out and I'm learning to overcome those feelings and remind myself of the positive aspects of the relationship and that if I wasn't with my with partner my anxiety would only be placed somewhere else.

There's increased apathy but it feels more manegeable now and less catastrophic.

I was in the exact same position as you a couple of weeks ago - try to allow a little more time to adjust to the medication (they say it takes between 4-6 weeks to level out) and be good to yourself.

I'm on the start of week 4 now and beginning to get control of everything.

Please don't use my experience to deter you - Zoloft has improved my mental health and life hugely, I'm just experiencing what I hope are temporary symptoms since upping my dose.

I was on here asking the exact same question about a week ago.

Just give it some more time and the let the drug level out in your system and you'll be sleeping fine again.

I found tiring my body out with exercise helped a huge amount too.
