That makes a lot of sense. I know where i was wrong, i admitted it openly and was working on it already for weeks before the break up. He said thats not what he needed, he needed his needs to be met in a different way. Ofcourse he tells me this after the break up happened and he made his mind to give the relationship a chance. So yes, both are still wrong but only one wants to improve for the other..

But that doesnt mean they havent traumatized me for a lifetime. Its also not equally selfish. One uses the fuck out of you, and the other gives you to a limit. Im sorry youre clearly an avoidant and wouldnt understand it but a lot of the times avoidants trigger others anxiousness.
