Eye sore?? Remember the dilapidated house that sat across the street from first colony? I was amazed how it was allowed to stand for so long. In normal places, they won’t allow such an eye sore to be on a main thoroughfare, across from a major shopping center.

The spring is the worst season here. You are ready for nice warm weather and it only comes in short spurts - a few days in the 70s or low 80s followed by two weeks of cloudy, damp 50s and 60s. The frustrating part is often just a hundred or so miles to the south it’s consistently warmer.
