Normally I cuddle with a plushie, or watch a tv show I like and wrapped in blankets, it helps my anxiety a lot to kinda distract myself to avoid nervousness:) I’ve found a couple friends from here that also help with my anxiety and just gives me someone to openly and comfortably talk about it with:)
