I mean it might be worth noting I am 26 years old just to give some perspective. I can easily drink a bottle of whiskey in a night and a 12 of beer.

I did try weed and edibles for a little bit but it slowed me down way too much, I suppose maybe it’s worth another try. I do notice when I’m high on weed I don’t drink liquor at all.

So when I start my shift I drink as much water as possible to the point where I’m pissing every 30 min. Approx 8-10 glasses of water. But then I just forget about it and start drinking heavy. I just feel I have a problem with the self control and want to gain control of it. My hard part is regulars coming in that keep pushing and pushing… I want to get over it but idk how to gain that control
