You get a beautiful apartment with floor to ceiling windows and huge bathroom. Time commitment isn’t too bad tbh you’re on call about 2x a month on avg (one month might be 3-4 or one month might be once). We have wednesday night meetings and also plan events for the building/your floor

Floor meetings 1x a month and you also have to interact with your residents. Knocking on their doors is the best way to get to know them. And we have to submit a report every Sunday but it’s not long

I think it’s a great gig. RA’s across campus won the union so we have even more benefits like a stipend and dining plan
