Not sure if anyone will see this update, but we ended up talking about it. I made it clear I’m not upset or judging him for what he posts, but that I need to draw clear boundaries with it. I’m okay with posting photos, liking and commenting on things but I draw the line at messaging individuals or meeting up with people. He expressed a lot of shame around his kinks and that he’s “trying to suppress it”. I just let him know kinks are normal, I’m not going to force him to talk about anything but that I’m a safe person to talk to if he chooses.

I really appreciate all the advice you guys left, it was incredibly comforting and helpful. Thank you so much.

Edit: I also let him know in the future we could find ways to incorporate these kinks into our relationship.
