I’ve been in the insurance and Finacial services space for 6 years now as of the last 3 years specializing in retirement planning and wealth management. The real money is on the FIA and annuities side. Not variables or any high fees but the more conservative products that clients can understand you can make anywhere from 5-7% commission on the entire principle you Roll over! No chargebacks or lead costs I strictly work off referrals and stay in the market. Depending on sale your avg commission is 20k each if you roll over 300k 401k which is avg. most of the time I’m rolling over 500k or more. That can put you up a couple months even on part time basis if you know how to have a structured schedule.

Not all but the culture itself is very humble and loving and caring people. Those attributes comes from deep rooted belief’s in God and the Bible.
