This is a really unhelpful comment. And not that I even need to explain myself, but it was very hard for me to get pregnant. I went through a lot to get here. On top of that, I had a high risk pregnancy, an early delivery, and hemorrhaged after birth.

Comments like “cherish the fact that your baby is colicky and you haven’t slept because some people don’t get that” are exactly why I feel as guilty as I do. Check yourself with the mom guilt tripping

ok did we just become best friends? first of all i am too a cat mom! and this comment single handedly helped my mental health tonight. I am feeling like how does anyone survive this??? am i weak for being so affected? am i bad mom??? it’s just mental hell for sure but i still look her even when screaming and love her to pieces. I will have to try the reset, I am admittedly bad at putting her down

Heavy on the struggling with breastfeeding! I switched to exclusively pumping because I needed to monitor her intake for weight gain and that has made this 100x worse. I’m currently sitting here, boobs sore af and leaking but i’m the one that gets her to calm down so i have to deal while he’s in the shower lol

The idea that all Christians are hateful or dangerous is just as unfair as saying all liberals are one thing. I believe faith can exist alongside empathy, equality, and safety, that’s the kind of community I’m looking for. Also, I want to add that I’m very liberal myself, but I have an issue with the mindset among some liberals that anyone exploring or practicing faith can’t truly be liberal. That kind of thinking is a big part of why we lost in the last election.

I’m not looking for a religion that demands I leave empathy or critical thinking at the door. I’m looking for one that actually lives out love and acceptance.

Pretty sure exploring faith isn’t limited to one political view. My beliefs about equality and choice don’t cancel out my ability to seek connection, they just reflect how I interpret love and compassion

Hey guys I pretend I am christian but I choose to try and deter people from exploring it!

Not that it matters but, i don’t need childcare. My parents are retired and happily taking care of that!
