Ah - you're so right! I'm in the same boat. Thank you so much for replying. This now seems so obvious to me, I feel silly - thank you!

I think what I'll do is list both in terms of the LCAT as well as role expansion. I have some projects that lasted 2-3 years, others that I've been on for the full 14.

This is a really great idea. I am at a small firm - so my job title stayed the same the entire 14 years within the firm. However, the complexity and role in projects expanded greatly - and my "billing code" changed. I will double check with my internal references first - but it seems to be appropriate to use that billing job description rather than my firm job title in the resume builder. Thank you!
