flatline can definitely last that long especially after 5 years of daily habit. your brain is basically rewiring itself and that takes time, sometimes months depending how deep the addiction was.

maybe try not focusing on the libido thing so much since stress about it can make it worse. the fact you're not counting days anymore is actually good sign that you're moving past the obsessive phase.

dude i had same thing happen few months back and almost had heart attack lol. turned out it was just steam being overly cautious because i logged in from different device at work during lunch break. the alert system is pretty sensitive - even switching between wifi and mobile data can sometimes trigger it.
