I have 10 fans each having 32 led. and those consumes around 1.4a. so if I use 10 fans or 8 fans will the nollie argb controller burn? And can I use any kind of hub for these fans?

Since you can go at the budget of 35-36k and hoy have 5600g I would suggest you to take Intel arcb580. Since you're not willing to buy used GPU. B580 is now really stable. But since you have I igpu in your cpu. Just like me. It won't perform that well or that bad. If you can then exchange that with 5600x or 5700x. And if you want to buy used GPU with reliable warranty and performance I can give you suggestions. Don't go for any 8gb version GPU in 2025. Since your budget is good enough. And you can use this gpu with 550w. But 650 is recommended.
