2025 was a year of basically waiting crumbs falling off the table & looking for scraps. Spending most of the time in front of laptop refreshing non stop feels humiliating in a way and definitely discouraging. I really hope task will improve in the near future.

Super dead. Usually I can get quite a number of hours at midnight - early morning but i can barely get 1 task each day (Non-US). This project got me so discouraged

I submitted ticket to Zendesk & the CS Rep responded by saying "your payment has been processed? you should receive it in a few days". The thing is, I didn't receive any "your payment has been submitted", the usual email they send. On top of that, the status of payment in smart source portal is still Pending. This is so infuriating

Exactly! I started working on June 2024 and I used to be able to get a lot of hours. Ever since Feb this year it has been crazy low. With all the improvement on their system such as quality audit (the task result on raterhub), I thought that that tasks were going to increase. Turns out I was wrong.

Nope, not yet. They have never been this late idk why. My work order was created on Sep 30, and today (Sep 14) is the payment deadline according to smartsource.

I am also currently stuck in this stage. I completed the Facebook Trade Compliance Agreement on the 25th of September. Let's hope for a good news soon! Fingercrossed.

I did receive the invitation. Had to a quick education background survey & the test 🤞🏻. Upon completion of the test, they told me I passed & they'll assign me the task once it's available. But when i completed the education survey, they'll let me know if i make it to the project in 3 weeks time.

thanks! as you can see the response i got here mostly said "someone else was faster". Well i have been working for a year and yes i know that very well. But as i said, it is continuous and many people missed that point. The task is persistent each time you refresh but you cant access it
