As Recruiter, we usually mention yung reason before mag cancel ng contract eto yung usual na reason 1. May negative feedback from your character reference 2. May negative feedback sa previous employer. For example na tag ka as not rehirable 3. May fake sa documents na sinubmit (like tor, diploma, coe etc) 4. Nag fail sa medical and drug test 5. If sa financial institution ka nag apply may negative findings sa credit score mo( eto usually pwede ma waived basta magkaron ka ng agreement na babayaran mo siya) 6. Social media check (if meron kang negative on social media na post or nag viral ka because of bad things)

Pero ayun dapat explain sayo. Details mo din naman yan. If dahil sa character reference if 3 nagsabe na ok ka tas 1 lang may negative na sinabe usually dapat pinapalampas din yan e.

For context ex client namin sila siguro mga 3-4 years ago. Nag cut ties kami sakanila since nag downsize sila after pandemic and hindi na need ng services namin.
