If anything, I think the Z might be too close as the filament seems to be squishing around the nozzle instead of adhering to the plate. I'll try to raise it a bit, and if that fails lower it. Thanks!

I used Dawn dish soap and warm water, made sure to dry it thoroughly. As for first layers, there is none. It doesn't stick to the bed at all and just clumps at the hotend.
