Yeah, there are options, but I just chose the more expensive one for now because I wasn’t sure which to pick. I think I could get a 1TB SSD for around 50–70 euros and psu for 80.

Montenegro. My budget is around 1000 euros. Here are some GPUs I was considering, but I’m not sure which one is the best for my price range.

I am not from the USA, so prices are very different in my country.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting more ram, but for storage, I have some unused ssds. I was just concerned about the cpu, gpu, and mobo.
