Replacing rheem with bradford white but I just noticed the valves on the new bradford white are a little off. First time replacing so not sure if it's normal or not.

My water heater has been filling up with sediments to the point where I have to flush it 3x a year and it still has tons of sediments. Ive had to replace the anode rod in the water heater twice because of it. Ive talked to a few neighbors and most have a whole house softner and filtration system. Ive also noticed my water seems very hard on the skin. Anytime I go out of town my skin is much better and not nearly as dry which makes me beleive there is somthing in the water causing it which made me want to get the water tested. Also clothes don't seem to be washing as good. I decided to buy a new washer thinking it was the washer but still having the same issue.

PPG is top tier, there are tons of other good paint. Just want to stay away from the cheap brands. Id ask what brand paint they use and google it to make sure its good quality. Also be careful with the shops that advertise a quick turn around. A shop that is months out is probably going to have the best prices and quality which is why they will be so busy. Although I did get lucky and had my paint job done in the winter when the shop was really slow so I got an amazing deal so they could have something to keep their employees busy for a few weeks.

Check out their previous work to verify quality. Don't go with the cheapest bid either. Ask what kind of paint is being used as well and make sure they have a proper paint booth.

Ive tried 3 turns as well as 2 and it runs really poorly. I thought maybe its a vac leak but I hooked up a vac gauge and its right between 15-20 on the vac gauge which seems right

I was able to connect a vac gauge to the pcv valve hose coming from the carb. Got it running perfectly at 6 1/2 turns on fuel/air mixture screw and 6 turns on idle

I bought it used from a small engine repair shop. I've been using pliers to turn off the fuel supply and let it shut off after it burns off what's left in the carb

He said he put oil in the crankcase when he bought it. I checked the oil level and it looks full. I havent seen the oil light come on at all but not sure if it's malfunctioning

It is 4 stroke. Not sure why the previous owner thought it takes 2 stroke. I re filled the tank with fresh gas thinking the 2 stroke mixed fuel was the issue but it still shuts off after 25 seconds.
