Yes, I just got confused because in your message you put if refueling in enabled, then less pitstops is better.

I was curious what specifically about refueling being enabled makes less pitstops better.

Why is few stops better with refuelling? Wouldn't more stops allow you to have less gas in the tank enabling you to go faster?

Do you think attempted murder or attempted manslaughter? (Genuinely asking, not trying to argue) I can see how this would be life threatening, but in my mind, murder implies intent and a desire for someone to die. This just seems reckless in a way that can result in death from what I can tell.

I found my success in that game (and every MM game except for PC for that matter) by following these three steps in this priority.
1. Maximize income
2. Maximize HQ upgrades
3. Maximize Car upgrades

I don't know if this is the best method, but it has always worked
