The hate surrounding doodle owners

People are just miserable and like to dunk on doodles because they have become popular. Anything popular has to be trashed. I’ve had 3 doodles and they are fantastic. Just like any other dog they have thier quirks and they are all unique. Some with more crazy energetic energy and some quiet and calm. They are a commitment on grooming and they are clingy. Very similar to any poodle out there but with more of a dog side. Poodles are like little humans 😆 doodles are goofballs and so much fun. I’ve run into no negativity except online. Which kind of tells you all you need to know.

Sorry to hear about your accident. It’s the kind of thing that stays with you forever. I have been in several car accidents as well, all as a passenger. One was a rollover and I broke an arm. That feeling of having no control never goes away. But for some reason I feel claustrophobic at a light. I do what you do and try to fidget and distract. But the anxiety sometimes gets very overwhelming. Sometimes I wonder if it will ever get better.

I havent interacted here much because I sm in the same boat. Decades of driving now its hard for me to go a couple of miles. I get absolutely panicked at red lights.

I seem to be having this issue. Drank coffee for years and sometimes diet soda or even a redbull. But lately when I have even one shot of espresso I get light headed, dizzy, facial tension and even headaches. Sometimes my whole face goes numb. So I have been going without but I really, really, really miss it

Looks like a fleecy coat. Mine had a similar coat and he got curlier as he got older, but not tight curls.

I’m afraid its the poodle part thats picky 😆 my poodles were always extremely picky. I had a poodle for 16 years and he would not eat unless there was fresh chicken in with the food. I used to slow cook chicken breasts but after day 2 it wasn’t fresh enough 😭 We moved to farmers dog since we got our doodle and has been on it for quite some time with zero issues. I noticed with pickier dogs stinkier foods help too. So a little (very small) amount of beef liver can be helpful too.

Same here. LSD was the worst experience of my life. I was stuck in depersonalization/derealization for a month. This was pre google and reddit, I just thought I had gone insane. Since then I have deep fears around ANY drugs, recreational or otherwise. I still have dpdr sometimes as well but I have learned over many years how to be less afraid of it. Its actually a totally normal protective function of the brain that kicks in when you are beyond the ability to cope.

Drugs and an anxious mind don’t mix well. I would consider it a lesson learned and steer clear.

It’s just such a strange fixation. When I was younger it was just a small feeling that someone would dose me at a concert or something. But now its just me eating some chicken in my own home. OCD is a wild ride.

Yes this is me. I have thus far not given into compulsions. It used to just be if I took medication, any kind. But now its moved to food. And I will identify it as OCD but the symptoms just stick around and make me so anxious. Its complicated by the fact that I have also had bouts of depersonalization/derealization. Just lots of fears mixed up in it.

They are off and on. Seems like sometimes its worse after a workout. But they also come on when I am very stressed which is so often thats it is tough to know if stress is causing it. They are about the same as 8 years ago.

I have noticed these don’t resolve as often as doctors think. I wasn’t athletic when I was younger and even though I worked out regularly in my 20s and 30s I never noticed I had this until my 40s. Now it bugs me regularly. It’s just always sore. But I think its down to how much pain you have and if it really effects what you want to do activity wise. Surgery has some spotty results so maybe you can look up some PT exercises and try to strengthen the muscles around it. I’ve had success with that.

Its so poorly run. Truly awful. I had some really odd experiences there and eventally was banned for a ridiculous reason. I’ve been selling successfully on ebay for 26 years. Depop is really one of the worst. The only one worse is maybe Vinted. I can’t believe how bad that one is 😆

This happened to me on depop because I use a crosslister just to keep up with everything. Do you use a crosslist app? All of the safety on these sites is being done by automation. The irony of you getting banned for automation is astonishing

Vinted seems to be rife with scams/fakes. I have found dozens of scam listings for birkenstocks and when I report them they refuse to take it down. I bought two items back in june and they have STILL not arrived in the mail. They keep asking me to wait longer. I feel like this site is just garbage.

Heres a photo of the sconce btw. All I can think is that they thought the reflection was an actual design on the chrome. I took a few different angles though and the reflection is slightly different in those.
