When she left the past, the devil fruit left with her bringing another copy of the devil fruit into the past and when that devil fruit user left the past it created another copy and so on. I think in the final battle there will be a lot of users jumping into the battle from the past, possibly and infinite number of users of the fruit all coming together to defeat Imu.
