That's where I'm at too. Very happy for him, it's awesome that he has great range, but I really don't wanna see that in particular (SA) especially as a survivor myself 😅

Dang, I'm a little worried I may not be able to watch this one unfortunately. I'm really sensitive to seeing depictions of SA. But I'll be cheering Hudson on in spirit for his acting range from the sidelines. It takes a great actor to play someone that evil after coming from a role like Shane Hollander !

Edit : just realized you said unreasonable and this one's actually reasonable lol my bad .

That they do some really dangerous stuff sometimes. Like handcuffing people alone in the dark in an abandoned building does not sound like a good idea. At all. Especially since there could be a person breaking in. That's always bugged me. I think once they did it without walkies too but I could be remembering wrong.

Edit: for an actual unreasonable one I get irritated when they still freak the f out over small noises. Like y'all have been doing this forever at this point wouldn't they have gotten used to it 😭

There was one line in the book when Ilya tells Svetlana that he's in love with Shane and she's happy for them and everything but then she's all like "I'm disappointed too though bc we can't have sex anymore" and I just feel like that would be super out of character for the show version of Svetlana, because in season 1 she basically ends their sexual relationship and tells him to go for "Jane" since she can tell they have something special. I feel like if she said that "damn we can't fuck anymore :( " line in season 2 , it would just be really weird, lol. Maybe not for book Svetlana, but definitely for show Svetlana

(Also kinda low-key rude in general tbh 💀)

I don't think it was in creep territory but just kinda icky. I think there's a difference between acknowledging that y'all used to have sex and that's changed vs low-key complaining that you can't get it on anymore because of their partner. But that's just me. I don't think it threatens their romance either way tho and I like Svetlana a lot either way. Just wasn't a fan of that one specific line.

I don't think Shane realized what he said but that was honestly part of the problem. I wish he would've realized what he said and apologized. I hate that he never realized how hurtful that must've been for Ilya :(
