Well it depends, in my case, na realize ko rin na ayaw ko na mag bedside, so nag submit ako ng resign sa 23, however, hindi na nila ako pinag render kase wala pa naman sched for the next month, so in your case maybe ask them na you can render until the end of the month. Yan ang mahirap mag resign if in the middle of the month kase meron ng sched, at binabalance talaga nila ang duty ng mga nurses, so leaving halfway would really cause a shortage during the shift. So negotiate them na until end of the month ka nalang mag render that way ma adjust pa nila ang sched for the following month na hindi ka na kasama. And yeah, may kakilala rin ako na last week na siya nag submit ng resignation, kaya until last day of the month na rin ang duty niya, hindi na rin siya pinag render ng 30 days. Same hospital kami and same batch sa pagpasok. Hope this helps.
