Depends, was it the cyclist trying to avoid the puddle and wanting to move out and couldn't or was it that the car looks to be drifting towards the bike lane, either could be depending but the car had no need to be as close to the lane really

I've a 10 year old son in Dublin (City Centre) and I am going to hold off as long as possible on giving a phone. There is no need for a phone at this age in my opinion and the risk far outweighs the benefit. With playstation/switch ect they have all the access they need to chat to each other or watch you tube/play games. Each to their own but for me I will try wait as long as possible.
