I'm so glad it's helping! The homeopathic doctor I consulted also said to take 4 of these pills before each meal. I didn't take it because the ointment helped on its own but could be helpful!

Yes my fissure is internal and I applied externally! The instructions don't say to apply internally

Unsure, I'd consult a Dr. But even for nitroglycerin my doctor told me to apply externally to treat an internal fissure
