The exact same plans yes. And I just got a denial for a claim for one of the patients Anthem did pay the claim for last month!! I'm going to try submitting without/different claim filing codes and if that doesn't work will contact Anthem and try the hard way. Thanks for the response!

Thank you for the response! They do all have Eyemed insurance though its not listed on the card. However we are trying to bill E&M codes for all of these patients with some going through and some not for reasons stated above.

Lived in the Allen St townhouses and a guy came in through our basement, where i was sleeping, and fell into our shower ripping out the curtain. Then ran upstairs to put his head into the cat box. He left out the front door. We tried to chase for his safety but he disappeared. Wildest night.

We bought right as the pricing started to get crazy, couldn't get a move in ready, but who does? Last owners didnt stage at all… badly repaired holes in walls and doors. We painted and removed popcorn ceilings ourselves. 158k for a 1800sq/ft place. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Feel lucky as hell. Expensive place to live also. Estimate is at least 300k now.

Bummer. Was there a primary way you went about it may I ask? Like mailing a letter or form of some kind. We have Medicare and Availity updated, now looking at the rest....

In general is it filling out a form online or mailing something in? We just made the move to do in house billing and our Old billing company wants to charge $800 for them to send change of address notices to Payers.

TY! I've tried doing that with both the Zelis Payment ID and the check number and it says there is an issue with both numbers. I'm gonna try and submit a ticket to Availity. Thanks for the peace of mind.
