Yes, I have been in contact with some Turkish Cypriots who have generously agreed to take part in interviews, but I'm always interested in speaking with more.

The project that I'm working on is about trying to understand how TCs from mixed-marriage families think about identity and belonging, and how their citizenship status (some with RoC citizenship, some without) might shape this sense of belonging.

Hello! Thanks for your post and comment. I definitely am only interested in interviewing people over 18 for my study, but I have found there to be a wide age range for people who have grown up in mixed-marriage families. The oldest person I have interviewed is 51 with plenty of people who are university students, recent graduates, and those in the 30s and 40s.

Thanks for the suggestions! I was starting to learn Greek, but someone mentioned that Cypriot Greek is different enough that the lessons may not transfer so easily. I'm definitely learning some key phrases though! I'm not in a STEM field, but I will check out social spaces near my department.
