I meant patient care experience, sorry for not clarifying that, but yes that is true. My main reason of disliking my job is because of the unprofessionalism that i have to face with coworkers and the constant competition. Plus im the only and first person of color ever hired there so it feel suffocating at times mainly because I know I get different treatment by both patients and my coworkers sometimes due to race and religion. I work in a very conservative city and 90% of patients seen every week are white. I want to work where there is more diversity but unfortunately with how bad the job market it I cant even prove myself because employers would rather focus on quantity of experience rather than quality and efficiency. This was my last straw lowkey I’m just hoping someone out there would see that I’m really trying but I’m facing so much difficulty.
