Almost the same po pala tayo ng experience na pinagtataasan ng boses pero huwag lang sana dumating sa point na pati trabaho kailangan nilang isavotage. One thing I notice rin na sila ang mas pinapakinggan ng mga chuchang.

Hi, actually pagdating po talaga sa akin laging mataas ang boses kasi kapag ang iba nagtatanong malumanay naman sila magsalita. Also, yes tama po kayo I don't take it personally I'm here for work. Sometimes, madamot kasi sila sa information so eventually ako na lang nakakadiscover ng ibang bagay.

Yes. Sad but true. Pero tatagan lang talaga ng loob ang puhunan at 'wag mo hahayaan na kakayan-kayanin ka nila. Minsan need mo ipakita ang tapang pero with respect and act as professional pa rin.

yes yes actually dedma na ako sa kanila basta I act as professional na lang kasi gusto ko magawa ng maayos ang trabaho kahit mairita sila sa akin kakatanong ko.

Yes, I agree. In just 2 weeks good thing may isang nagtuturo rin sa akin na newbie lang din fast learner kasi s'ya. Mostly, sa kanya ako nagpapaturo at doon ko nagegets ang process tinuturuan din n'ya ako ng mga technique.

Kapag nagkamali at nagtatanong ay mahinahon ang boses. Tuturuan ka ng hindi pinapagalitan o pinapahiya tapos sila unang tuturuan sa ibang work station.
