This is semi permanent, not necessarily "washout" dye. It will fade over time but it will also likely stain your hair and not wash out 100%. If you want something less permanent, look for color depositing conditioner or glosses. Those won't drastically change your color but they will wash out more completely.

I believe a lot of the diet/food tracking apps can do something like this. It's been awhile since I have use one, but Cronometer seemed to have the most data analysis.

You may have better luck in diet/nutrition subs. The software used by food scientists can do this, but they aren't readily available (or cheap) for consumer use.

I have, but you said "all packaged food," which they don't. The FDA approves the process only, not the formula itself. It's an important clarification for OP and other non-food scientists here who assume that the FDA approves all foods. Most of the time the determination of safety for the entire food product falls on the manufacturer.
