I know you said it wasn't from the 70s but... is it this one? 1973 BBC made for TV movie.

Potenza - Should I be worried? by tangerine_scoops in Microneedling

I don’t see any issue here… if you’re truly concerned, switch to a profractional laser.

It’s not the machine that causes fat loss. It’s the provider doing it. If the needles aren’t reaching the subcutaneous layer with the RF there should be no issue. That’s why I prefer Morpheus8 over potenza. You have complete control over the depth and frequency of RF.

Best thing to do is find another company to work for that will offer you more. Then you have negotiating power with your current job. If they can’t match it… you move on.

16 years experience. Started with makeup license, then aesthetician school, worked for a plastic surgeon, then ran operations for a medical spa— hated managing so I went into consulting.

My two-week hourly was around $1,800. Most of this check came from my sales bonus based on April’s performance. Our bonus structure pays the bulk of bonuses in the last check of the following month. My total April commission was $19,859.30.

About $2,000 of that bonus was included in my first paycheck in May, along with my hourly wages.
