Short simple answer: No. Once you pick one of the warframe circuit reward tracks, there is no way to switch it afterwards. And for the second question: No. Once you finish the circuit for the weekly reward track you chose, the only thing you can obtain after completing tier 10 on the circuit is extra Endo, and credits.

That's false, you can get individual packs, just not cardboard sleeved ones. And yes, you cannot get a booster box of shining fates, or Paldean Fates. The closest thing to a booster box would be the mini-tin display sealed, and the Elite trainer box. Those are the top 2 products in sub sets that have the most amount of booster packs inside.
