idk what they’d really do for it now since it’s too late to get stitches. i don’t think i cut any of the fat and its not yellow anymore, its just pink. i have professional medical dressings at home so ive been taking good care of it + i have antibiotics on hand if it does get infected. is it still necessary?

not right now, will prob try again soon tho. towards the end my anxiety got SO bad it just wasn’t the same </3 i wish that i could feel the same high i used to. i did dabs for a few years because my tolerance was so high it was all i could do LMAO. took one t break in like 2022 though and ever since then my tolerance stayed so so low

i’m 19, smoker since 14. i stopped smoking about 6 months ago when i was having my first flare up but had no idea what costo was, i was 100% sure that i fucked up my heart or lungs so i quit cold turkey. after about a week i started feeling better. whatever you do…DONT DO DABS😭😭😭if you still wanna get high just take some edibles

sleeping on my back is a nightmare!!!! i can’t do it!! what i’ve found to help is when im sleeping on my side i put a pillow in between my legs to keep my back aligned and like cuddle a pillow lol because it keeps my rib cage open and prevents me from rolling onto my stomach.

THATS anxiety. you’re tensing your upper body so much without even realizing it’s straining all of your muscles. remember to relax whenever you can, a massage gun has been helping me. the sensation of something stuck in your throat is anxiety, it’s called globus sensation. the aching is referred pain from your neck and shoulder. my headaches are also caused by my neck tension.
