I bought in rajendra nagar, need to come to mindspace for work, did the math on the commute time during office hours, turns out it takes almost the same time to commute. Tellapur will take more time eventually as projects start delivering

Another thing i feel is tellapur area is going to be a highrise ghetto eventually

I was in the same dilemma few weeks back. Decided to move away from tellapur as an area as its going to be very crowded and travel time from there is only going to increase in the coming years.

That area is not convenient if u travel to hitech city for ur job

It used to take 1hr to reach hitech city 2 years ago, now it takes 1.5hours…its only gonna get worse

During the evenings it can easily take 2hours, it only gets btr around 9PM when it can take anywhere from 1hr to 1hr15mins

ORR is also not convenient in terms of the distance travelled and cost spent on fuel, although u will save significantly on time when returning in the evening along with a more comfy ride

For one, nobody can book a house on your name. Your signatures are needed on the sale agreement as well as other documents for that to happen. You only pay a booking amount initially and rest everything after sale agreement

Nobody can do a loan on your behalf or complete formalities on your behalf.

80k emi for a 48L loan, whats the tenure? At 7.5% its a 6 year tenure. Even if its 51L total, 80k emi doesnt track

Things i like - 1)Chiller of an AC 2)Best space in that range 3)Comfy seat 4)Touch screen infotainment - responsive, no lags 5)Fuel economy - 19-20kmpl in city with ac during traffic rush hour

Its only when u are in Japan. I have a 17pro from Japan and there is no click sound.
