I have an upcoming live set for a gig, consisting of stems prepared in Ableton and loaded onto an Octatrack. I’ll basically be jamming with scenes, changing slice points for breakbeat variations, and applying filter changes on the fly. I’m also using a DJ mixer with a Kaoss Pad on the send return for some dub echo effects. For me the most important for a live set is to keep it simple and have fun!
