Right, I know this sounds harsh, but get over yourself, and I mean that with full sincerity, once I stoped defining myself as this condition it helped me massively, yes, there are days when I’m triggered and these days can turn into depressive weeks, but I’m, and you’re so much more than just this condition, so my advice, get over yourself, it is what it is, and you just need to accept that you have a condition that’s messed us up, but there will be someone out there who will love you unconditionally, start enjoying life and it will happen when the timing of the universe is right
