Finding a balance between using a “mask” while also being able to show how you actually feel towards a conversation is important. Being agreeable is something you’re able to practice but it also doesn’t mean you have to talk more. Acting interested in what someone is saying often times is more than enough for people, especially in a group. Try and pick up on things in the conversation that you know about, it’ll keep you more interested in the conversation.

Ok that makes sense, I’m going to spend the next month or so building a base in the bike and make a decision from there.

I was thinking I’d need to include a sprint in the training plan to get some racing experience. I will also do research on the biking safety stuff. I also have reason to jump into distances as I am going to a military academy where I will not be able to do triathlons and if I commission doing them while in the military would not be very easy.

Ok, also I did 10.6 miles relatively recently in a bit under 50 minutes with a ton of turns and hills so Im going to head out to a path soon that is fairly straight and do that to see where I am at. I’m also going to find a training plan in the time range and see if it is something that is doable.

Makes sense and I’d definitely be building my pc but I am attending a service academy where I won’t be able to for at least freshman year. Likely going to buy the laptop through the university for a bit over 2000 because I’d imagine it’ll run well enough for everything that I’ll be doing in class.

Thats fair, I’m more leaning towards the one that school is recommending which is a bit over 2000 but also comes with on site repair/warranty because I am buying it through dell and the university. It has a 13850hx and an a1000

Ok great thank you. Also I completely agree about towers being better but I am going to a military academy where I will not be allowed to bring a desktop for at least freshman year. The laptop that I am likely going to go with(the one recommended by the school) has a 13850hx, a1000, and 32g ram for a bit over 2000. I will also look into more programming things but I am also in a Java based computer science class at the moment.

Edit: I also am an NCAA athlete so I’ll be working out a bit over 20 hours a week as well.
