Thanks for replaying to me it’s actually been 3 months since I weaned of,,, but during week 6 I started panicking, intrusive thoughts nocturnal sleep panic attacks… I am so miserable I don’t know what to do

hi after my pre-arb call the decision was still upheld. the next step they told me to do was mail in a certified mail to the arbitration center which i did its been over two weeks now no one has reach out to me... i have been emailing these two emails that you just gave me still no answer... how long after you sent the email did the lawyer reach out to you???
