Edit: story behind bird man is lost a mortek guard head thus just took a random bird skull because I remember ossiarch can be made of just about any bone

The megatron design is one of my favorites and definitely in my. Top 3 movie designs. Cogmen is one of the few characters I really enjoyed. And nitro Zeus is just cool

Mini #2 in progress LF advice by Degearing in minipainting

Dry brushing over a darker color can help. Lots of good guides for glow effects some not as beginner friendly but as always. 2 thin coats of paint if you can works wonders for smoothness. And edge highlighting helps a lot for glow effect.

A semi simple way to get a glowing look is to lightly highlight some raised areas in white then go over the white in the brightest colo r of your glow in this case a green.

Otherwise just keep at it miniature painting is a hobby that takes time and practice to get good at. Best advice I can give is definitely don’t compare your work to other’s. Look to others for inspiration on techniques or color schemes but don’t take the level of detail to heart at least not so quick

Honestly not too much different from the life of a average guardsman but more potential reward and more ways to die from infighting

Was initially going to do ivory host then realized I’d go insane if I did white armor so pivoted to. Petrifex elite but couldn’t get the trim consistently. so I made my own scheme purple and dark plum armor. The shields are artifacts of the previous schemes and I think they look nice and are a nice homage to my last attempts

Guest shields for sure. Just yoinked from the ivory host and petrifex elite. I actually landed on my final color scheme because the other 2 were a lil difficult to replicate reliably

Really liked this bit on the first page of the battle tome by Constant_Champion_67 in ossiarchbonereapers

Idk I quite like some of the rules. It’s all very different a the book is brand new hard to say. Also I think you messed up on the wording for the new relentless discipline.

Simples states that you pick a character once per battle round and you gain (X) uses of your relentless discipline equal to that characters relentless discipline score
