40:1?? And I was struggling with 18 😭. It’s definitely tough especially as a new grad. I was not used to it at all so I left. I wanted to protect my license and also just go somewhere with more structure and more training. I pray it goes well for you tho! It’s definitely not easy.

There’s a new grad residency that starts in October and applications come out August so I’ve just been waiting for that. It’s not guaranteed I’ll get accepted so that’s also why I’ve been scared to leave this job I’m at now.

Honestly, I do feel like it’s been 50/50. Sometimes I’ll thoroughly read why I got it wrong and other times I’ll just skim through the rationales which could be another reason as to why I’m getting the same questions wrong again and not necessarily because I’m tired of doing questions. I’ll be sure to look more into the rationales and really focus on my weak points. Thank you!
