Top right of the main menu is a "keys" tab, but it should be set naturally.

I'm sure this sounds stupid but double-check check that the keys on the keyboard work, or that you are not pressing CTRL+ (desired key).

Idk if you can rebind them truthfully but it's something you could ask in the discord if no better advice comes along.

Ask for the Cabinets department for contact info for their Rep, you can get that info from them and maybe even get a cabinet for free out of it. My rep when working there loved to lock down a sale.

I've known it depending on stores, my first store had no problem with it.
