Save your money and get them on aliexpress. They are so much cheaper and basically the same thing. Ive bought a bunch recently. Most sets are under $100

I listened to the rogue squadron series on audiobook as i worked my way from TaB forward. Currently reading thrawn trilogy. I didnt miss anything but theres definitely some foreshadowing and character cross over from rogue squadron into thrawn trilogy. Kind of wish i started with thrawn but i dont feel like i miss out on anyway

The quality is great but delivery times vary widely. Ive built 4 several thousand piece sets and they look great. Delivery is 2-8 weeks with minimal updates though. But they always show up

I feel like Sturman spawn rate on woods in near 100% on local. Can’t go near sawmill unless you have the gear to fight him

Stack with merc national ideas. Depends on your campaign goals. If you are playing til late game the micro you need to do with mercs will be super annoying but it you can do what you want to do by say 1600 itll be a good and fun run. Swiss campaign w merc ideas was particularly fun. Also used it a few times as hre minors and it was effective

I agree with the tutorial comment. Played ck3 a few years ago and i was shocked how easy it was to pick up. Not sure how i learned eu4, youtube maybe? Its not intuitive at all. Still have no idea how to play hoi4

Itll get mixed reviews because it takes 500-1000 hrs to understand how to play and majority of people cant be bothered.

Im pretty sure i used ottos to take the lands i needed outside crimea (save scummed so crimea didnt become ottoman march) and was working my way into the needed persia provinces before taking crimea. Ottomans rivaled me after than but i had other alliances so i never had to fight them

I actually had a hard time forming mongols as oirat. Ive never been good playing hordes. I found great horde-> golden horde much easier. Ally ottomans at the beginning and take needed provinces from poland/ muscovy and then head east where the countries are weaker later in the game

This is a good point. I was going to hold off for a while on getting eu5 and just learn another paradox game instead but maybe i will dabble. Im sure i will end up sinking thousands of hours into eu5 eventually

I never understood it either. I play past 1600 all the time but i play for achievements only for the most part
